The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of sales representatives, driving sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with a strong background in sales analysis, customer relationship management, and sales management. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and a passion for growing businesses. Responsibilities: 1. Lead, manage, and inspire a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives. 2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to promote products and services to customers. 3. Analyze sales data and trends to identify sales potential and opportunities. 4. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements. 5. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. 6. Negotiate and close agreements with large customers. 7. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. 8. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs. 9. Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency. 10. Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board. Qualifications: 1. Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar senior sales role with at least 5 years of experience. 2. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 3. Solid understanding of sales analysis, customer relationship management, and sales management. 4. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. 5. Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to coach and motivate a team. 6. Excellent communication skills with a customer service orientation. 7. Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail. 8. Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude. 9.
