Associate PositionWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our team! We are committed to delivering exceptional dining and retail experiences to all travelers.As a Stock Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational and inventory functions of our business, ensuring product is properly received, organized, and replenished to maintain optimal availability for our customers. You will work closely with our team to maintain a clean and organized environment, manage inventory flow, and assist with product location and general inquiries. Your contributions will be critical to operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and overall customer satisfaction.Tailwind encourages Veterans and Military family members to apply!Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Receive and unload deliveries, verifying accuracy of shipments against purchase orders and invoicesStock and replenish shelves, coolers, displays, and storage areas according to company standards and planogramsOrganize backroom and storage areas to ensure safe, efficient product flowMonitor inventory levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to management promptlyRotate product using FIFO methods and check expiration dates where applicableMaintain cleanliness and safety standards in stockrooms, storage areas, and sales floorsAssist with inventory counts, audits, and cycle counts as neededSupport floor operations and assist customers with locating products when requiredRestock and replenish product and inventory suppliesWork with a team to provide the best possible customer experienceQualifications/Skills:Basic MathCustomer service experienceStocking, warehouse, or inventory experience preferredClear communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds regularlyAbility to work in fast-paced environmentsAdaptabilityRequirements:Must be able to pass TSA background check to receive airport badgeMust have reliable transportationFlexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidaysBenefits:401kPaid trainingEmployee discountHealth, dental and vision offered to full time employeesTailwind Concessions is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.
