DiverseGOV , a division of Diverse Staffing Services, Inc. is currently hiring an Administrative Assistant to deliver high-quality administrative and secretarial support on a contract with the Department of Justice. As our employee, you will be assigned to an on-site role with the United States Attorney's Office, District of Northern Mississippi (USAO) and will report to work from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday except federal holidays at the USAO in Oxford, MS. As a DiverseGOV employee on this assignment, you will have the following responsibilities: Answer, screen, and route phone calls; greet and screen visitors Issue badges and maintain visitor logs in compliance with security procedures Process incoming and outgoing mail, manage copying projects Operate office equipment and software (multi-line phone, copier, fax, security keypad, Microsoft Office, etc.) Manage files (physical and digital), prepare forms and documents, archive and purge records Schedule conference rooms and government vehicles Open cases, enter data into CaseView, ensure accuracy and confidentiality E-file court documents and organize digital files Interested?
