Position Summary

As the Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD), you will oversee the daily operations of our assisted living facility, ensuring the highest standard of care for residents and a positive, collaborative environment for staff. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining compliance with regulations, fostering a culture of respect and dignity, and ensuring the well-being of everyone in the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assisted living facility, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
• Lead and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of residents while promoting their independence and quality of life.
• Build and maintain relationships with residents, families, and staff, acting as a trusted point of contact for their concerns and needs.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the facility operates within financial guidelines.
• Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance and provide opportunities for professional growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) certification is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role within an assisted living or related healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing assisted living facilities.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• A compassionate and resident-focused approach to care.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
