About the Role
The Company is seeking a Manufacturing Chief of Staff to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the VP of Manufacturing, with a focus on staff analysis, planning, and organizational improvements. This role is pivotal in identifying and addressing manufacturing staffing needs, supporting the development of role requirements, and enhancing hiring processes to attract top talent. The Chief of Staff will also be instrumental in driving manufacturing efficiency through the implementation of new systems and strategies, as well as supporting meeting planning and execution. Applicants for the Manufacturing Chief of Staff position at the company should have a background in a role that directly interfaces with and supports enterprise-level leadership, particularly in the context of project development and presentation. The role requires a candidate with a strong foundation in data analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making, as well as experience in leading complex hiring initiatives and organizational planning, with a minimum of 2 years in an engineering or manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a preference for those holding an active TS/SCI Security Clearance and with experience in the aerospace industry, particularly with spacecraft systems. The role demands a leader who can navigate both the boardroom and the factory floor, driving operational excellence and providing technical solutions to complex manufacturing challenges.
