ROLE OVERVIEW

Maintain the cleanroom-grade temperature, humidity, and air quality environment essential to PV cell production, overseeing refrigeration, ventilation, dehumidification, and automated control systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate and maintain cleanroom HVAC, refrigeration, ventilation, and dehumidification systems
• Monitor and adjust automatic control systems to maintain cleanroom specifications
• Diagnose and resolve HVAC system faults to minimize production impact
• Identify and implement energy-saving improvements
• Read and interpret mechanical schematics and CAD drawings
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and technical documentation

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate's degree or higher in Mechanical, HVAC, or related engineering field
• 3+ years of experience with industrial/cleanroom HVAC systems (semiconductor or solar manufacturing preferred)
• Familiarity with PLC/SCADA-based building control systems
• Strong fault diagnosis and technical documentation skills
• Refrigeration certification a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout cleanroom and mechanical areas for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Ability to climb ladders and access rooftop units, ductwork, and elevated mechanical equipment
• Comfortable working in varying temperature environments (mechanical rooms, rooftops, cleanrooms)
• Ability to wear required cleanroom garments and PPE for extended periods
• Manual dexterity for tool use and equipment repair in confined spaces
