CSR- In office Sales Representative

Overview Customer Service Representative is responsible for selling new auto insurance policies, renewing policies, servicing existing policies, and marketing for possible new business. Responsibilities Sales Provides professional, courteous service to internal and external customers Answers any questions regarding customer’s policy Accepts payments and processes transactions Identifies any potential needs the customer may have regarding their policy Follows up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations Participates in marketing initiatives for new business development as needed Maintains a neat and clean work area and office Performs FNOL vehicle inspections Takes vehicle pictures (squatting, bending, flexing required) Runs bank deposits Full-time position Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements Computer literate, from basic to intermediate skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful Must have excellent communication skills, be assertive, and have the ability to provide a first-rate experience for our customers Must pass state licensing requirements Flexible schedule Reliable transportation Education and Experience High School Diploma Previous customer service experience is helpful #J-18808-Ljbffr Fred Loya Insurance Agency
