Must-Have Skills:

• 1 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, physician liaison, or a related administrative role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with ATS, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office/Outlook, along with discretion when handling confidential information.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Oracle ATS or similar applicant tracking systems.
• Experience coordinating with senior stakeholders, physicians, or clinical leadership.
