Midtown based Bank seeks an experience Senior Paralegal supporting the Legal Counsel with operational and subject‑matter lead for the Bank's handling of legal process and discovery matters. Base: $125-150k 4 days onsite, 1 day remote What You'll Do: Lead the intake, tracking, and resolution of legal documents including subpoenas, levies, garnishments, and restraining notices Manage e-discovery operations using Relativity, including litigation holds, data collection, and document productions Restructure and improve existing workflows to drive efficiency and accountability Oversee and mentor a team handling high-volume, deadline-driven legal matters Serve as the primary liaison between Legal, internal business units, IT, Compliance, and external parties What We're Looking For: 6–10 years of experience in legal process and discovery, preferably in a financial or regulated environment Hands‑on Relativity experience at both the administrative and reviewer level Proven ability to lead a team and manage competing deadlines independently Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Green Key Resources
