Join Our Team!

We are currently seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Practice Physician to become part of our dedicated team in Ligonier, Indiana .

Office Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with the possibility of extended hours to enhance patient access.

Minimum Weekly Hours: 36 hours

Call Schedule: 1:8 for outpatient calls, with all calls being triaged by nursing staff.

Our team comprises one physician and two advanced practice providers, focusing on a wide range of family medicine cases, including:

• Pediatrics
• Adult and geriatric care
• Chronic disease management
• Optional obstetrics

Our facility spans 115,000 square feet on a 66-acre campus, featuring:

• A 3/4 mile health walk and meditation garden
• 31 beds
• A comprehensive range of inpatient and outpatient services, including:
• A full-service 24/7 emergency department
• Surgery center
• Imaging and laboratory services
• Sleep lab
• Cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation
• Physical, occupational, and speech therapy
• Numerous physician clinics
