Join Our Team as a Family Medicine Physician

We are currently seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to become a part of our established team in Kendallville, Indiana .

Role Overview

Your responsibilities will include:

Office hours from 8 AM to 5 PM
Flexible scheduling options available
After-hours call schedule of 1:7 , with minimal demands due to support from nursing staff
Focus on patient satisfaction and teamwork, collaborating with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)

Team Composition

You will be joining a dedicated team that includes:

4 Physicians
1 Nurse Practitioner

The team addresses a variety of family medicine cases, encompassing:

Pediatrics
Adult and geriatric care
Chronic disease management
Optional obstetrics

Our clinic is conveniently located next to a local hospital.
