Customer Service Representative

Job Title Customer Service Representative Classification: Full-Time, non-exempt Reports to: General Manager Basic Function The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for carrying out all customer service activities and handles any and all inbound and outbound orders in a manner which adheres to company procedure. Qualifications and Requirements Authorized to work in the United States Ability to lift 30 pounds and safely lift, turn, position and transfer product accordingly Must have strong communication skills, both oral and written Must have a satisfactory background check Must comply with OSHA and SDS Standards Must have the flexibility to work any shift required by customer and business needs 1-2 years customer service experience, preferred 1-2 years warehouse experience, preferred Must possess the appropriate computer experience (i.e. Microsoft Office, SAP, WMS) Ability to multitask and work in an organized manner Responsibilities Processes and inputs all customer orders including inbound and outbound orders Generates all paperwork and applicable information for customer work orders Keeps customers inventory current and accurate Coordinates special, last minute shipping requests Traces orders as required and notifies customers of any activity concerns Sends completed bills of lading to customers within 24 hours of receipt or shipment Maintains damage reports and communicates to the customers as needed Responsible for timely customer daily, weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly billing Maintains a good working relationship with internal and external customers by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning work orders, invoices, shipments and inventory counts Act in a manner that promotes teamwork by assisting the clerical department when needed Other duties as assigned Salary range: $18-$19.50 per hour. #J-18808-Ljbffr NORTH COAST LOGISTICS, INC.
