Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources available to them. \n Provide therapy to individuals, families, and groups employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy. \n Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans that include specific goals tailored to each client’s unique situation. \n Facilitate collaborative treatment planning meetings with psychiatrists, psychologists, and therapists to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care for clients. \n Carry out crisis interventions when necessary, offering risk assessments and developing safety plans to manage acute mental health issues effectively. \n Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with ethical and legal standards. \n Lead group therapy sessions and educational workshops to provide additional support and resources for clients seeking to enhance their mental health journey. \n Actively participate in continuous education and supervision meetings to share best practices and remain informed about the latest treatment modalities. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at our clinic, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing mental health crises, couples navigating relational challenges, and families coping with systemic issues.
