360Pack, a complete packaging solutions distributor, is looking for an experienced Account Manager (2+ years of experience) to build our growing Northwest Region market.

What You’ll Do
As an Account Manager at 360Pack, you’ll manage a portfolio of existing clients and act as their main point of contact. Your role is to drive the success of our customers, increase retention, and find opportunities for growth by delivering value and strategic packaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow assigned customer accounts
- Build strong relationships and understand customer goals and pain points
- Handle day-to-day business needs and coordinate with internal teams
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Analyze customer trends and proactively provide solutions
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide reporting on account performance through internal business reviews and company initiatives
- Promote and strengthen the customer relationship through Key Account Planning, regular business reviews with the customer, reviewing forecasts and customer scorecards, and annual strategic business planning.
Minimum Requirements
· 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales
· Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
· Experience working with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, etc.)
· A proactive, customer-first mindset
· Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
· Packaging or distribution industry experience
