Department Website: Job Description and Duties Develop, monitor, manage, and analyze allocations and expenditures/encumbrances for District 02 Maintenance & Operations. Develop comprehensive ad hoc reports and conduct monthly budget meetings for managers, presenting expenditures, spending trends, projections, and allocation proposals. Respond to requests from the District Budgets Office, SHOPP Coordinator, Maintenance Managers, and HQ Maintenance. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports as required by HQ Maintenance. Work directly with the District Maintenance Resource Manager and District Budget Office to resolve expenditure and encumbrance errors. Collaborate with Deputy District Director and Maintenance Senior staff on annual sub-allocations and other budget-related items. Special Requirements Possession of a valid driver’s license is required when operating a state owned or leased vehicle. Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) Instructions Describe your knowledge of the State budget process in no more than 1 page. Include your name, date and Job Control code in the top header.
