QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree or equivalent required and 10+ years of experience in IT Project Management
- Proven experience successfully leading and managing multiple, parallel complex IT projects
- Demonstrated experience in personnel management and working with offshore teams
- Strong knowledge of waterfall and Agile project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in working with and managing vendors (onshore and offshore)
- Experience in Risk Management and mitigation strategies.
- Proficiency in Project Management software and tools.
