Quality Manager

Top Workforce Solutions is recruiting an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality programs and teams within a manufacturing environment. This individual will be responsible for maintaining strong quality standards, developing team members, improving processes, and ensuring customer, supplier, and regulatory requirements are consistently met. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop Quality Engineers and Inspectors. Oversee Quality Management Systems and maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards. Drive problem-solving efforts using 8D, CAPA, root cause analysis, and corrective action methods . Partner with Manufacturing and Engineering to resolve quality issues and improve processes. Support supplier and customer quality activities, including audits and corrective actions. Participate in NPI, FMEA, risk assessments, and quality planning . Monitor quality metrics and identify continuous improvement opportunities. Support internal audits, MRB activities, and manufacturing quality programs. Promote quality awareness and best practices throughout the organization. Qualifications 10+ years of Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment. 5+ years of management or supervisory experience. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Strong experience with ISO 9001 and AS9100 . Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, CAPA, and root cause analysis . Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel up to 25% . Must meet applicable U.S. Person requirements for ITAR/export-control regulations . Preferred: Six Sigma certification, PCB/SMT manufacturing experience, reliability and risk management, Minitab, and experience with Oracle, Microsoft AX, or Agile.
