DESCRIPTION

Our enterprise financial services client is seeking an ENDPOINT SUPPORT ENGINEER to join our Indianapolis team. The ENDPOINT SUPPORT ENGINEER will provide tier 2/3 technical support to users in Indianapolis and Chicago regions. The ENDPOINT SUPPORT ENGINEER will work onsite between IT support, administration and engineering teams. The position offers significant opportunity for growth into high-level roles for motivated IT professionals.

DUTIES

• Provide hands-on, in-person technical support to end-users addressing a variety of hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2/3 hardware, software, and operating system problems.
• Manage and resolve IT tickets that require physical intervention or on-site support.
• Assist with device deployments using Intune and Autopilot, following established processes.
• Support a predominantly Lenovo Windows environment (99%), with occasional support for Mac devices.
• Provide support for the Office 365 environment.
• Maintain a professional and presentable demeanor, as the office is occasionally used by executive leadership.
• Work with Intune and Autopilot beyond basic deployment processes.
• Package deployments, execute and build PowerShell scripts.
• Assist with enterprise conference room systems setup and troubleshooting. (e.g., Crestron, Neat).

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-3 years of experience in a corporate IT support or help desk environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and various operating systems.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Office 365.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new applications and technologies quickly.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-service oriented approach.
• A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a desire for professional growth.

This is a Contract position based out of Carmel, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
