Benefits: Health insurance– $57 per pay period option for employee health insurance Dental insurance - no charge for employee coverage Life insurance - no charge for family coverage Short term disability Generous 401k match 8 paid holidays 4 weeks’ vacation Monthly employee apreciation Breakfast 4 Catered Employee meals What You'll Do as a Machinist at Dynamic Engineering: Set up and operate a variety of CNC machines to produce precision parts according to blueprints, specifications, and work orders Perform quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and precision of finished parts Make adjustments and fine‑tune machine settings to ensure optimal performance Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the machining process Collaborate with other team members to optimize efficiency and productivity What We're Looking For: Minimum of 1 years of experience as a CNC Machinist Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Strong knowledge of machining practices, tools, and materials Experience with CNC programming and operating various CNC machines Excellent attention to detail and ability to consistently produce high‑quality work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills Effective communication skills Why Should You Apply?
