Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook meals according to our dietary program, ensuring exceptional taste, quality, and presentation
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to safety and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with our dietician and nursing staff to provide personalized meal planning and food service
• Manage inventory, ordering, and receiving of food and supplies, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in meeting the changing needs of our residents and our culinary team
• Participate in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation, ensuring a diverse and appealing dining experience
