Dietary Aide (Part-time)

About the Role:

As a Dietary Aide, you will be responsible for assisting the dietary department in providing high-quality food and nutritional care to our residents. You will work closely with the dietary team to prepare and serve meals, maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dietary department, and assist with food service operations. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellent customer service will make a significant impact on our residents' dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation, including setting up and serving meals, replenishing supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Ensure the proper handling, storage, and distribution of food and supplies, following food safety guidelines and protocols
• Maintain accurate records of food production, inventory, and waste management
• Assist with menu planning, inventory management, and food service operations
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and staff, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed
• Participate in maintaining a clean and organized environment, adhering to infection control and safety standards
