A design led lifestyle hotel, Hotel Park Ave sits at the heart of the NoMad neighborhood on one of Manhattan’s most famous streets. The hotel, currently undergoing refurbishment by the Lore Group design team, will soon unveil refreshed rooms, a new lobby and nine new suites. As a Guest Journey Ambassador, you are the face of Hotel Park Ave, warmly welcoming guests and facilitating smooth check-in and check-out experiences. Responsibilities Welcoming guests on arrival and facilitating smooth check-in and check-out experiences. Anticipate guest needs and deliver outstanding service, turning requests into delightful surprises. Be present in the lobby at all times and act as the go to for all guest requests. Assist guests with luggage storage & delivery to their room. Share your insider knowledge of the city, providing tailored recommendations for dining, attractions, and entertainment. Engage with guests throughout their stay, ensuring every moment is enjoyable and memorable. Collaborate with other departments within Hotel Park Ave to ensure prompt and efficient fulfillment of guest requests. Gather and respond to feedback, continuously striving for excellence in our service. Resolve guest concerns and complaints effectively and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction. What you will bring Experience in hospitality or customer service is highly valued. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays. A sincere passion for hospitality and enriching the lives of others.
