Wolfgang Confectioners is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to help our talented team and ensure our equipment and building systems are running efficiently, safely, and up to our high-quality standards. This role is critical in supporting our company's growth objectives while achieving plant production, quality, and cost goals and fostering a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs of equipment during production to help minimize downtime while adhering to company safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace parts. Test and adjust for optimal performance.
• Oversee and assist outside vendors.
• Understand functions and performance levels of production and packaging equipment.
• Make recommendations to improve or modify existing process to prevent production delays and increase production efficiency.
• Assist with Operations training.
• Monitor and inventory various supplies, parts, and maintenance equipment.
• Work directly with Supervisors, Leads, and Operators to maintain safe and quality foods.
• Strict adherence to all Food Safety and Quality programs and policies.

Requirements

• Demonstrated mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Analytical thinking.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Being bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
