Qualifications Minimum 2 years of prior automotive sales experience (luxury experience preferred). Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people. Strong organizational skills and tech‑savvy mindset. Self‑starter mentality with a hunger to continually improve and exceed goals. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Team‑player mindset with passion to have fun. High school graduate or equivalent; 18 years or older required.
