Youth Development Specialist

Covenant House

Covenant House New Orleans is seeking a Youth Engagement Specialist to create a safe, supportive environment for youth experiencing homelessness. You will build trusting relationships, promote life skills, and coordinate access to housing, education, employment, healthcare, and mental health resources. The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and collaborative teamwork to empower youth toward stability and independence, with nontraditional hours and local travel as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
