Marketing Administrator

Job Title Marketing Administrator Pay Rate $24 – $36 per hour, depending on experience Location and Shift Kent, WA (ZIP 98032). 1st Shift: 5:30 am – 6:00 am start. Start Date Right Away Job Description This individual works closely with customers and internal personnel, and manages and resolves technical issues in limited scope and contractual problems on both new and recurring programs while maintaining business relationships with customers. Functions and Responsibilities Represent the company effectively in situations requiring sound judgment, initiative, and discretion. Resolve problems independently within guidelines. Manage multiple project tasks. Prepare and transmit correspondence of contractual and technical nature to customers and to company departments. Support program managers with technical issues within limited scope. Track performance, maintain and monitor customer metrics, and report results. Acknowledge purchase orders and amendments for new orders and other assignments. Identify risks associated with contractual terms and conditions and develop, propose, and coordinate for internal review. Negotiate contract changes within established guidelines. Support long‑term contract negotiations and assist program managers with proposal preparation. Provide change quotations and information regarding delivery and status on new jobs to customers. Recognize potential sales opportunities and pass them on to Program Managers for follow–up. Handle and communicate Accounts Receivable issues directly with the customer in support of Finance. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to troubleshoot and recommend solutions in a team environment. Computer skills and knowledge are a prerequisite.
