Training Program CoordinatorPRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: To assist with the preparation and organization of standard, specialized, and technical training in designated areas; and to respond to requests for training and technical assistance.ARE YOU AN IDEAL CANDIDATE? We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who thrive in a collaborative environment, who are driven to deliver great work, are customer-oriented and are naturally empathetic.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDEWorks with other departments to create training for client recall events to administer mostly to our call center and warehouse teams.Facilitates new hire orientation.Schedules online training sessions.Conducts basic systems training.Communicates training progress to appropriate parties.Identifies and resolves problems and issues within training projects.Aides in the maintenance of training web sites, materials, and supplies.Tracks post-designation training compliance.ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIESPerforms other duties as assigned.Supports the organization's quality program(s).QUALIFICATIONSEducation & Licensing: High school diploma or GED required.
