The Role –  Sales Representative

• Generate Warm and Run Pre-qualified leads and help homeowners find the right solutions.
• Meet with customers, identify their needs, and recommend energy-efficient window, roofing, and siding products.
• Grow your career fast with clear pathways to Sales Manager and beyond.
• Learn from experienced mentors and gain skills that will serve you for a lifetime.

What You Can Expect

• First-year earnings typically between $100,000–$150,000.
• Top performers earn $200,000+ annually — with no limits on what you can make.
