We are looking for a Marketing Proposal Coordinator who plays a key role in supporting Lutz’s growth strategy by driving coordination, organization and execution across marketing initiatives. This individual will have a strong focus on events, sponsorships, partnerships, and go-to-market efforts, helping turn strategic priorities into clear actionable plans. MAKE AN IMPACT As a Marketing Proposal Coordinator , you will : Play a key role in developing compelling proposals and supporting broader marketing and business development initiatives Be responsible for coordinating and drafting proposals, tailoring content to specific audiences, and ensuring all deadlines are met Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, preparation of print and digital collateral, client presentations, and other internal and external initiatives.
