This integrated approach to customer service, creativity and technological excellence enables employee productivity, business analytics, and process excellence.Job Description/Preferred QualificationsResponsibilities:Establishing and operating KLA’s AI governance framework across all approved AI platforms, models, agents, and automation capabilitiesFocusing on responsible AI adoption, policy enforcement, risk management, compliance, platform guardrails, AI inventory, approval workflows, and executive visibilityEnsuring AI is deployed safely, transparently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with business, legal, security, privacy, and regulatory expectationsDeveloping policies, standards, intake processes, risk frameworks, approval models, executive dashboards, and governance operating modelsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Business, Risk Management, or a related field; master’s degree preferred10+ years of progressive IT, governance, risk, compliance, security, data, or AI program leadership experienceFive (5) years leading cross-functional governance, compliance, risk management, technology oversight, or enterprise transformation initiativesStrong understanding of generative AI, machine learning, agentic AI, AI platforms, AI lifecycle management, model governance, data governance, privacy, and security conceptsAbility to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex AI governance concepts into clear business decisionsBase Pay Range: $133,300.00 - $226,600.00 AnnuallyPrimary Location: USA-MI-Ann Arbor-KLAKLA’s total rewards package for employees may also include participation in performance incentive programs and eligibility for additional benefits including but not limited to: medical, dental, vision, life, and other voluntary benefits, 401(K) including company matching, employee stock purchase program (ESPP), student debt assistance, tuition reimbursement program, development and career growth opportunities and programs, financial planning benefits, wellness benefits including an employee assistance program (EAP), paid time off and paid company holidays, and family care and bonding leave.Interns are eligible for some of the benefits listed.
