Kelly Legal Group is a growing Austin-based boutique law firm seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our Real Estate, Construction, and Business Law practice.

This position is ideal for an attorney who is confident in the courtroom, enjoys direct client interaction, and is looking for long-term growth within a collaborative and expanding firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution

• Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, and legal correspondence

• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy

• Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials

• Handle real estate, construction, and business-related disputes

• Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel

• Work independently while collaborating with the legal team

Qualifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar

• Minimum 3+ years of litigation experience preferred

• Experience in real estate, construction, or business law strongly preferred

• Comfortable appearing in court and handling litigation matters independently

• Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills

• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple matters efficiently

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using legal software and systems

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary up to $175,000 annually, depending on experience
