Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality, safe, and cost‑effective nursing care to all patients. Co‑ordinate and integrate patient care using the nursing process. Direct care in accordance with established safety, risk‑management, quality improvement, and infection‑control standards. Plan and coordinate patient care under the prescribed medical regime. Administer medications safely and in a timely manner following hospital policy. Perform not only routine duties but also obligate obligations mandated by the Hospital Incident Command System (HICS) in times of emergency or disaster. Understand and adhere to the Hospital’s emergency codes and related procedures. Qualifications Education: Required: Graduated from a state‑approved school of nursing or an accredited school. Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing. Experience: Preferred: Recent acute‑care experience. Certifications: Mandatory: Licensed and registered as required by state law, mandatory CPR, mandatory AHA Basic Life Support (BLS). Mandatory (if applicable by corporate policy): Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
