Senior Transportation Project Director

Job Description Overview We are seeking a Senior Transportation Project Director to join our team in Henderson, NV. As we expand our presence in the US, we’re looking for dynamic professionals to propel us forward. In this role you will lead our operations in Nevada, spearhead municipal transportation ventures, and craft and execute strategic plans to amplify our growth. Your expertise in planning, design, or construction will be the foundation of our regional success. Responsibilities Client Engagement: Cultivate lasting relationships with existing clients and forge new alliances. Strategic Marketing: Craft and oversee marketing plans that resonate with our vision and goals. Community Presence: Enhance our brand by engaging with professional organizations and contributing to technical conferences. Team Growth: Identify and mentor future leaders, fostering an environment of professional development. Project Excellence: Ensure the highest standards of quality control and financial performance across projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Planning, or Business. A postgraduate degree is preferred. Candidates should be technical professionals or managers with 15+ years of experience since earning a B.S., with at least three of those years in positions involving project management or supervisory responsibilities. Professional registration in the field of practice is preferred (e.g., P.E., A.I.C.P., R.A., or R.L.A.). Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) is required within one year of assuming the position. Compensation Expected compensation range is between $170,000 and $220,000 annually, depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
