About Our Client
Our client is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join a patient-focused practice in Santa Rosa, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who values clinical autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, and a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including restorative, preventive, diagnostic, and emergency care.
- Develop lasting relationships with patients through excellent communication and chairside care.
- Diagnose treatment needs and present comprehensive treatment plans.
- Perform quality dentistry while maintaining a strong focus on patient comfort and outcomes.
- Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, specialists, and administrative staff to provide seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow all applicable clinical and infection-control standards.
- Participate in continuing education and contribute to a positive, collaborative practice culture.
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Active Florida dental license or eligibility for licensure.
- Experience providing comprehensive general dentistry.
- Strong treatment-planning and case-presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative dental team.
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
