Location : Charlotte, NC Compensation : $120k- $130k base Schedule : M-F, 8a-5p What’s in it for you? Financial Leadership: Lead the accounting and finance function while providing hands-on oversight of financial reporting, month-end close, and accounting operations Business Impact: Improve accounting processes, internal controls, reporting, and financial procedures that support the organization’s continued growth Executive Visibility: Partner closely with executive leadership on financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and broader business initiatives What will your day look like? Accounting & Financial Leadership: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, month-end and year-end close, general ledger activity, financial reporting, and internal controls Financial Planning & Analysis: Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial analysis, and identifying opportunities to improve profitability and performance Team Leadership & Development: Lead and support the accounting team while establishing efficient processes, developing team members, and ensuring accurate and timely financial information Who are you? Experienced Accounting Leader: Progressive accounting and finance leadership experience with the ability to operate effectively in both strategic and hands-on environments Strong Accounting Operator: Experience across month-end close, general ledger, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and accounting operations Business Partner: A collaborative, analytical, and solutions-oriented finance professional who can work closely with executive leadership and use financial data to support business decisions Preferred Qualifications Experience leading accounting and finance for a mid-sized organization Experience within manufacturing, metals, or another complex operational environment Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, month-end close, and general ledger accounting Related Terms: Controller, Corporate Controller, Financial Controller, Accounting Director, Director of Accounting, Assistant Controller, Senior Controller #J-18808-Ljbffr Ferretti Search
