Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Career Group Compensation: $100K – $105K base + outstanding performance bonus Benefits: Exceptional benefits package and generous PTO policy Our client is looking for a Fund Accounting Associate to join a highly collaborative, high-performance team supporting a diverse portfolio that spans hedge funds, venture capital, private equity, and separately managed accounts. In this role, you will work closely with portfolio managers, legal, tax, technology, investor relations, fund administrators, and auditors—gaining hands-on exposure to fund accounting, performance analysis, and risk reporting. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and review fund administrator work to ensure timely, accurate reporting and close processes. Deliver daily and monthly performance analytics to portfolio management and senior leadership. Prepare investor relations and portfolio management reports (routine and ad hoc). Reconcile and monitor NAVs, P&L allocations, subscriptions/redemptions, and other fund accounting activities. Partner with IT to enhance reporting automation and analytics tools. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CFA preferred). Proficiency in Excel with advanced analytical skills. Experience in hedge fund accounting, including Master-Feeder structures, partnership allocations, and separately managed accounts. Strong understanding of the fund accounting lifecycle and NAV calculations. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
