SEC Reporting Manager

Join a publicly traded, high-growth organization as an SEC Reporting Manager and play a key role in the company’s financial reporting and compliance function. This is a highly visible position offering direct exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to work on complex accounting and reporting matters in a dynamic environment. We are seeking a technically strong accounting professional with a solid foundation in SEC reporting and US GAAP. This role is ideal for someone coming out of Big 4 or a public company environment who is looking to take ownership of the reporting process and grow within a fast-paced organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead the preparation and review of SEC filings, including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K Draft financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A disclosures Ensure compliance with US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements Coordinate and manage the external audit process and work closely with auditors Research and implement new accounting standards (ASC 606, ASC 842, etc.) Support technical accounting matters and prepare related memos Assist with internal controls and SOX compliance initiatives Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, legal, and executive leadership Drive process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance CPA certification required 5-8+ years of experience in accounting or financial reporting Strong SEC reporting experience (public company or Big 4) Big 4 public accounting experience strongly preferred Solid understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements Advanced Excel skills; experience with reporting tools and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Hyperion, etc.) is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with senior leadership Competitive base salary + performance bonus Hybrid work environment High visibility role with direct exposure to leadership Clear path for career growth and advancement Why Join Us?
