Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Team Leader's two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow — and this is where we identify who's ready for the next level of leadership at PTC Midtown.

Team Leader Responsibilities:

Leadership & Operations

• Lead shifts, open and/or close, and act as key holder
• Assist in training new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for the team
• Keep team members accountable to Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service
• Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
• Count drawers and finalize the day

Guest Experience

• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guests' needs
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Communicate clearly, both written and spoken

Qualifications and Requirements:

Leadership Qualifications

• Strong people skills with a genuine desire to serve and develop Team Members
• Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues
• Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
• Strong commitment to superior customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation
• Prior experience as a shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, or restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred

Schedule & Compensation (fill in before posting):

• Pay range: $14-16
• Typical schedule: [e.g., 3–4 shifts/week, evenings and weekends]
• Night shifts - 4 pm - 11 pm
