Lead Test Engineer

Test LeadIntegral Federal is seeking a Test Lead to lead JPES/JCRM software verification and validation across sprint testing, regression, integration, CIT, GAT, and operational-user validation.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain test strategy and plans.Lead functional, regression, integration, performance, and operational testing.Maintain requirements-to-test traceability.Coordinate CIT and GAT support.Lead defect management and verification.Support UFL/UAT and user-validation events.Coordinate testing with development, integration, cyber, infrastructure, and Government stakeholders.Assess release readiness.QualificationsRequired:BA/BS in an engineering discipline. Additional four years of experience in lieu of degree is acceptable.8+ years software testing/QA experience.Demonstrated test leadership.Experience developing test plans and strategies.Agile software-testing experience.Requirements/test traceability experience.Defect-management experience.U.S. citizenship and required Secret eligibilityPreferred:DoD CIT/GAT.Automated testing.Mission-critical/classified systems.JPES/JCRM/JOPES.Salary range: $130,000-$160,000This position is in the proposal stage. The above salary range represents a general guideline.
