To oversee the import and export process while ensuring compliance with U.S. and foreign regulations, a full-time Licensed Customs Broker will manage customer interactions, prepare necessary documentation, and resolve issues remotely, with occasional office visits required. Key responsibilities Guide customers through customs requirements by preparing and submitting documents and determining tariff and duty payments Recommend routing and handling for exports/imports and prepare all necessary documentation to ensure compliance Resolve customer problems and collaborate with other departments to pursue new sales leads and address operational issues Required qualifications High school diploma or GED Licensed Customs Broker 3+ years of experience in the Customs Brokerage industry
