Location: Kansas City International Airport, Kansas City, MO, 64153 If you love coffee, food, and people—you’ll love working as a Barista at the Kansas City International Airport.. We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and hard-working team members. You’ll greet customers with a smile, make espresso-based drinks and serve pastries. Your mission? Make every guest feel welcome, well-fed, and ready to take on their day. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and a fun work environment. Responsibilities & Duties Ensuring customer satisfaction by catering to guests' needs. Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios). Providing menu recommendations and additional information. Preparing coffee using various preparation techniques and equipment. Handling cash and credit transactions. Maintaining inventory and managing storage and supplies. Maintaining a safe, healthy, and appealing work environment. Requirements & Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Ability to pass pre-employment (post offer) background check. Experience as a Barista preferred. Can communicate effectively in English. Open availability and flexible schedule for demanding hours.
