Responsible for delivering a seamless onboarding experience while ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment regulations. This role supports all onboarding operations including I-9 verification, E-Verify, orientation coordination, HR data management, and collaboration with recruiters, hiring managers, and vendors. Strong organizational skills, customer service, and HR systems experience are essential.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years progressive HR, Recruiting Coordination, Employment Coordination, HR Operations, or Talent Acquisition support experience
Experience supporting employee onboarding processes
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information

Responsibilities

Coordinate all onboarding activities for new hires
Complete I-9 verification and E-Verify processes
Support New Employee Orientation (NEO)
Manage onboarding workflows and timelines
Maintain accurate employee records within HR systems
Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, HR teams, and vendors
Track onboarding metrics and identify process improvements
Resolve onboarding issues while ensuring compliance
Maintain confidentiality of employee information
