Job Duties Source and screen candidates to present to the hiring managers and maintain close working relationships with decision makers. Develop recruitment strategies and source qualified candidates for placement. Coordinate and promote job fairs and hiring events. This position demands an exceptional balance of drive and commitment. Must have the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a high-paced and fast-changing work environment.
