The Right person for this role will possess the following Recruiting and Client Management experience:

• Build Client Relationships by going beyond surface interactions to foster long lasting, trust-based connections.
• Identifying potential applicants through various sources to ensure a continuous flow of talent.
• Carefully reviewing resumes to match candidates with open requisites.
• Crafting compelling job postings that resonate with potential applicants.
• Recruiting and engaging potential applicants to fulfill our clients' needs.
• Conducting thorough interviews and reference checks.
• Managing background checks and drug screens with diligence.
• Responding promptly to phone, email, and text inquiries from candidates and clients.
• Maintaining up-to-date information in our Applicant Tracking System.
• Seeing projects from inception to completion.
• Employing skillful marketing techniques to make high-value placements.
• Providing support for all recruiting and office activities.
• Adhering to company procedures with dedication.

Qualifications for this role include:

• 3+ years of recruiting/staffing experience.
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
• Exceptional customer focus, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• A willingness to adapt, learn, and develop innovative solutions.

Our work schedule fosters a healthy work-life balance:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary:

• Base plus commission and team challenge bonuses. Please submit salary requirements along with your resume.
• Salary range is approximately $45-$65k
• Health, Dental, Vision, & 401k

Location:

• Our office is conveniently located off I10 & Huebner
