Responsible for delivering a seamless onboarding experience while ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment regulations. This role supports all onboarding operations including I-9 verification, E-Verify, orientation coordination, HR data management, and collaboration with recruiters, hiring managers, and vendors. Strong organizational skills, customer service, and HR systems experience are essential.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years progressive HR, recruiting coordination, employment coordination, HR operations, or talent acquisition support experience
• Experience supporting employee onboarding processes
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential information

• Complete I-9 verification and E-Verify processes
• Support New Employee Orientation (NEO)
• Manage onboarding workflows and timelines
• Maintain accurate employee records within HR systems
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, HR teams, and vendors
• Track onboarding metrics and identify process improvements
• Resolve onboarding issues while ensuring compliance
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information
