About the Role:  

If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and helping others succeed, this could be the role for you.

As a Recruiter, you'll partner with local businesses to solve hiring challenges while connecting job seekers with meaningful opportunities. You'll spend your day making outbound sales calls, meeting with clients, interviewing candidates, and developing recruiting strategies to deliver exceptional results.

This is a highly relationship-driven role, with much of your day spent talking with clients and candidates by phone, email, and in person.

You will:

• Identify quality candidates to fill open positions.


• Make outbound calls to set meetings with prospective clients


• Provide coaching, mentoring, and payroll management for placed candidates.


• Build and maintain relationships with potential and current clients


• Strategize and create service delivery plans

You have:

• At least two years in a client-facing role 


• At least two years of experience in a position that required meeting monthly quotas or sales goals.


• Proven ability to resolve customer and employee issues creatively and effectively.

Pay : $26.00 - $33.00 an hour + monthly bonus opportunities

Location: San Antonio, TX (On-site)
