Job description RECRUITER — MEMPHIS OPERATIONS GH Logistics | Memphis, TN | Full-Time GH Logistics is a freight brokerage and asset-based trucking company based in Memphis. We manage active freight operations across multiple divisions — including a growing driver fleet, a brokerage team, and an expanding operations and administrative staff. We are hiring a high-output Recruiter to support talent acquisition across all areas of the business. This is a phone-heavy, high-volume recruiting role for someone who thrives on outreach, urgency, and consistent activity. ABOUT THE ROLE Driver Recruiting National (Memphis-Anchored) CDL driver recruiting for our asset division, with primary focus on the Memphis market and surrounding region. This includes team and solo driver positions, with lanes primarily running out of Memphis. You will manage the full recruiting cycle — sourcing, outbound calling, screening, coordinating next steps, and maintaining accurate records in our systems. You will also support hiring events, community outreach, and local workforce engagement in the Memphis area. This role requires consistent high-volume outbound activity every day. You should be comfortable spending most of your day Making outbound calls Following up relentlessly Re-engaging inactive candidates Driving urgency through every stage of the process Maintaining strong pipeline movement at all times If you prefer passive recruiting, inbox-only communication, or low call volume, this is not the role. EXPERIENCE Preferred 1+ year in recruiting, staffing, or high-volume outbound calling Driver recruiting, logistics hiring, or office/ops staffing experience Knowledge of the Memphis labor market Experience working against daily activity metrics Sales Required Strong verbal and written communication Disciplined follow-through Pipeline management skills ATS proficiency or ability to learn quickly Self-directed with consistent daily output Comfort making high volumes of outbound calls JOB TYPE Full-time Work Location: In Person — Memphis, TN #J-18808-Ljbffr
