Recruiter

We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Staffing Agency Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates into temporary, temp-to-perm, or direct hire positions across various industries. You’ll play a key role in building strong client relationships and matching top talent with business needs. Key Responsibilities Source, recruit, and interview candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and other recruiting tools. Evaluate applicants’ qualifications and match them to appropriate job openings. Build and maintain a talent pipeline to quickly respond to client staffing needs. Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with clients. Conduct reference checks, background screenings, and onboarding processes. Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand job requirements and organizational culture. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process. Meet and exceed weekly/monthly performance metrics (e.g., placements, submissions, interviews). Qualifications 1+ year of recruiting, staffing, or HR experience (agency experience preferred). Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems. Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
