What You’ll Do: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of D2D roofing sales reps. Develop and implement strategies to exceed weekly and monthly sales goals. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
