Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Day Shift – New Higher Rates

Weakley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center – Weakley, TN

Weakley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is now hiring compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for 12-hour day shifts with new, higher starting pay rates . LPN Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the RN and physician.
Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality resident care.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
Maintain compliance with facility policies, infection control practices, and state and federal regulations.

Schedule

12-Hour Day Shift
6:00 AM – 6:15 PM

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current, active, unencumbered Tennessee LPN license.
Current CPR certification.
Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
